SeaWheeze 101
SeaWheeze is a two-day event centered on a half marathon in Vancouver on August 8, 2026. The race distance is 21.1 km (13.1 miles) and follows sections with ocean views. The course starts and finishes in downtown Vancouver.
Registration includes entry to the half marathon, a limited-edition SeaWheeze short, a three-month Runna subscription, access to the SeaWheeze Showcase Store, entry to the Sunset Festival, and a finisher's medal. Post-race recovery services are provided at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
Key event elements are scheduled across the weekend. Package pick up and the Showcase Store are hosted at the Vancouver Convention Centre on August 6 and 7, with a PreWheeze party on August 7. The half marathon takes place on August 8, followed by post-race recovery at the Vancouver Convention Centre. The Sunset Festival is held the same day at Brockton Fields in Stanley Park and includes yoga and musical programming.
