Seaside Showdown Series: Mickeleens Path in Witless Bay
The event takes place on August 15, 2026 in Witless Bay, NL. It is an approximately 11 km loop that starts and finishes at Witless Bay on Mickeleens Path. The route begins on the "Old Track" opposite the Witless Bay trail head and then connects to Mickeleens Path.
This is an unflagged course; participants are expected to know the route. A GPX file is available on request and routes can be downloaded from the organizer's Strava club. Volunteers will be positioned at key locations to help keep runners on the trail.
Recommended parking is at the Witless Bay Seabird Ecological Reserve Tourist Information Centre near the beach. Carpooling or drop off is encouraged to ease access.
Registration closes on August 1, 2026. Registrations and bib numbers are not transferable to other individuals, but moving a registration to another Seaside Showdown Series race is possible with advance notice. If the event is cancelled, refunds less service fees or rollover registration will be offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
