Seaside Showdown Series: Deadman's Bay Path
This event takes place on July 17, 2027 in St. John's, NL and features a 10.6K trail race along the Deadman's Bay Path, running from Ft. Amherst to Blackhead. The race is organized by the Seaside Showdown Series and is one of four independent races in the series; a season pass is available for all four events.
The course is unflagged and racers are expected to know the route. A GPX file is provided on request and all routes are available to download from the series Strava club. Volunteers will be positioned at key locations on the course to help keep participants on the trail. Bib pickup occurs at race checkin.
Practical notes from the organizer indicate parking is available at both the starting line and the finish line and that carpooling or dropoff is encouraged. Registration closes on July 16. Registrations and bib numbers are non-transferable to other individuals, though transfers to another Seaside Showdown Series race are possible with advance notice.
