Seasar MHM

SEASAR MHM is a two-person, multi-sport adventure race held in Elkwater, Cypress County, Alberta, Canada. The flagship 9-hour event is a dark-start challenge in which teams navigate a network of checkpoints around the Cypress Hills with only a map and compass. Participants hike, bike, paddle, and bushwhack between checkpoints, testing navigation and stamina in rugged terrain.

A lighter version, SEASAR MHM Lite, offers the same disciplines in about half the time, starting in daylight and with GPS optional for navigation. The course celebrates outdoor teamwork and the stunning Cypress Hills landscape, delivering a demanding, adventure-filled experience for enthusiasts.
