Seasar MHM
The Seasar MHM adventure race takes place in the Cypress Hills of Alberta. The event offers two formats.
The main format is a 9-hour adventure race with a dark start. Participants, racing in pairs, must navigate to a series of checkpoints spread across the Cypress Hills landscape using only a map and compass. The disciplines involved include hiking, biking, paddling, and bushwhacking.
A shorter version, called Seasar MHM Lite, lasts 4.5 hours. This edition starts in daylight and allows participants to use a GPS in addition to map and compass. It is designed for newcomers, families, and those wanting to try adventure racing.
Registration fees for both formats vary by period (early bird, regular price, etc.). Organizers advise participants to check the equipment page for mandatory gear. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
