Race details
The Kid's Dash is a short 100–200 meter sprint held before the main races. The 1 Mile option is untimed and has no group awards. Chip-timed results are offered for distances of 5K and longer. Packet pick-up and check-in are available on race day.
Awards, registration and extras
Registration for the 5K and 1 Mile includes an event-themed participation shirt and a finisher medal; the Kid's Dash entry is free but dashers may purchase a shirt and medal as add-ons. Age-group awards for the 5K are given four deep across standard male and female divisions from 0–4 up to 80+. Additional awards include Male and Female Overall, Masters (40+), and Grand Masters (60+). Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped.
The organizer donates 10% of event profits and 100% of donations to Encounter Church (Fate). Volunteers receive a code for a free race entry as an event thank-you. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
