Seafair Triathlon
The Seafair Triathlon takes place on July 19, 2026 at Seward Park on the shores of Lake Washington in Seattle. The venue address is 5900 Lake Washington Blvd S, Seattle, WA 98118. The event program includes multiple adult and kids race formats on the same day.
The course uses a protected cove for swimming, closed roadways for the cycling segments, and running on paths through Seward Park. Race formats offered on the day include individual triathlons, relays, and a sprint duathlon in an urban park setting.
Event distances and formats include:
- Sprint Triathlon: 0.5 mile swim, 20K bike, 5 kilometer run
- Super Sprint Triathlon: 0.25 mile swim, 20K bike, 5 kilometer run
- 3 Person Sprint Relay: same as sprint course
- 2 Person Sprint Relay: same as sprint course
- Sprint Duathlon: 20K bike, 5 kilometer run
- Kids Long Course: 100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, 1 mile run
- Kids Short Course: 50 yard swim, 1 mile bike, 0.5 to 0.75 mile run
Registration opens February 2, 2026 for all events. Most adult event registration closes April 11, 2026; kids event registration closes May 23, 2026. Published registration fees range from $30 for kids events to $95 for the 3 person relay, with other adult events listed at $70 to $90 or $85 depending on format.
