Registration lists a fee of $36 per individual or family registration. Each individual participant has a fundraising commitment of $360; a family registered in one transaction has a single shared $360 commitment. Additional fundraising tiers are described, including $500, $1,000, $1,800, and $2,500 levels with corresponding support options and recognition.
The event states that 100% of donations go directly to Save a Farm to provide emergency grants, rebuild damaged infrastructure, cover essential costs such as fuel, water, and labor, and help farmers retain ownership of their land. Save a Farm reports that staff visit each farmer to assess needs and direct funds where they will have the intended impact.
Additional on-site features include awards for top finishers by gender and age group, medals for finishers (limited to the first 200 registrants), local food vendors and booths, and vendor displays from sponsors and community partners.
