Saundersfoot Triathlon
Saundersfoot Triathlon is a seaside sprint triathlon held on 11 September 2026 with entry from £94.95. The event is staged with large spectator crowds and a lively atmosphere along the seafront.

- 750 m sea swim
- 20 km bike
- 5 km run out to Wisemans Bridge and back
The swim starts from the beach with a self-seeded start between two buoys placed close to the shoreline. Competitors must pass between these buoys on the outward and return legs. The swim course is run anti-clockwise with the main buoys kept on the swimmer's left. On exiting the water, athletes pass through the same two buoys and head up the slipway to transition.
The event features a stadium-like transition area bordered by spectators. The bike leg covers a 20 km course. The run is described as a flat 5 km section that goes out to Wisemans Bridge and returns along the seafront, re-entering Saundersfoot down the Strand.
