About the race
The Saturn - Remembrance Day Run is a timed running event taking place on November 10, 2024, at the Durham Amateur Rowing Club. Participants can choose their distance, ranging from 5km to ultra, within a 6-hour and 32-minute time limit. The event includes a two-minute silence at 11 am to honor fallen heroes.
Runners of all abilities are welcome, and everyone who completes at least one lap will receive a themed medal. The course features scenic views along the River Wear and offers various amenities, including aid stations and goody bags. Special recognition is given for milestone runs and birthdays.
