Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge

The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge is a flexible midweek running event held at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club, Egham, along the scenic River Thames. Participants can run as many laps as they wish within the 7-hour limit, with each lap covering 4.37 miles (7 km). Distances range from a minimum of 5 km to ultra distances over 50 km.

The course is mostly on well-made paths and tarmac, with some grass and light trail sections. The event welcomes all abilities, including walkers, and offers medals, goody bags (including vegan options), distance pins, and a well-stocked aid station.
