About the race
The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge, held at The Last Hop in Staines along the scenic River Thames, is a flexible running event welcoming all abilities, including walkers. Participants run laps of a 4.37-mile (7km) course, with options to complete distances from a minimum 5km up to ultra distances beyond 50km within a 7-hour time limit. The mostly flat, well-marked course features paved paths and a short grass section, suitable for road shoes.
