About the race
The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge in Durham is a trail running event held at the Durham Amateur Rowing Club along the scenic River Wear, offering views of the Cathedral. Participants can run as many laps as they wish within seven hours, with each lap measuring approximately 4.37 miles (7 km), subject to slight course adjustments. The event welcomes all abilities, including walkers, and features a fully signed, flat course.
