This event features a combination of trail running and open water swimming, including a unique "Fresh and Salty" experience where athletes transition between freshwater and saltwater environments.
Participants can register for various distances across SwimRun and open water swimming categories:
- 20 km SwimRun: The B.C. Championship event featuring multiple swim and run stages across Sasamat Lake and Belcarra Park.
- 10 km SwimRun: A shorter challenge distance designed for those new to the sport.
