The Sasamat Mudskipper Fresh and Salty B.C Championships is presented by Canaqua Sports and is scheduled for September 2026 in Port Moody, British Columbia. The 20K Fresh and Salty course begins with a freshwater swim in Sasamat Lake, includes runs through Belcarra Regional Park and trail sections, features saltwater swims near Belcarra, and finishes back at Sasamat Lake. The 10K course alternates swims and runs in shorter stages. Event notes: swim caps will be provided and must be worn, race numbers are inked on the upper back or shoulder, washrooms and food will be available, and water temperature at this time of year is listed as 60-70°F making wetsuits optional but recommended.
