Sarah Ramsey Strong 5k
The Sarah Ramsey Strong 5k is a community running event held in Burlington, Vermont on Sunday, October 25, 2026. The in-person route follows the Burlington Bike Path along the shoreline of Lake Champlain and starts and finishes at Switchback Brewing Co., 160 Flynn Avenue.
The event includes an in-person 5k described as a family fun run and a virtual 5k option for participants who cannot attend in Burlington. Virtual participants receive a text message or email on race morning with a reminder and instructions for submitting results.
