SAPR Step Forward Fun Run
The Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) program is hosting the Step Forward Fun Run on July 12, 2026, at 2823 W Main Street, Rapid City, SD 57702. The event is for members of the National Guard and their families and is organized as a run and walk over a distance of 3.1 miles.
The Step Forward race is a fun run format and will not use chip timing to track participants' times. Registration carries no fee. The event highlights support for survivors and communicates that survivors are valued, believed, and supported.
Participants can expect an untimed 3.1 mile route and an event framework focused on participation rather than competitive results.
