Salt Seep Run
The Salt Seep Run is a set of looped running events held near Indian Wells, Arizona at "17 Miles South of Indian Wells Chapter Navajo Route 6 Mile Post 2" (AZ 86031, US). The event offers three distances:
- 2 miles
- 3.1 miles (5K)
- 6.2 miles (10K)
The 5K and 10K courses follow dirt roads with generally flat sections, a couple of hills, and sandy areas. There are four aid stations placed along the course. Water will be available at approximately 1.25m, 2m, 3.5m, and 5m.
Registration opens on 2026-05-31. Registration deadlines differ by race: the 5K and 10K registration closes on 2026-11-18, and the 2 mile registration closes on 2026-11-21. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $20 for the 5K, $30 for the 10K, and free for the 2 mile event. Onsite registration and check-in are available according to the event schedule.
Awards for the 5K and 10K include cash prizes to the overall top three male and female finishers ($300 for first, $200 for second, $150 for third). The top five finishers for male and female in each of those races will receive award plaques. All registered participants receive a t-shirt. Parking and course signage will be provided, and a welcome sign will direct participants at the site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
