Saint Catherine of Siena School 5K
The Saint Catherine of Siena School 5K is an annual community event held in Norwood, Massachusetts. Organized by the Saint Catherine of Siena Home-School Association, the event takes place at the school grounds located on Nahatan Street. The race provides several participation options for different age groups:
- 5k
- Kiddie Run
- Virtual 5k
The 5k road race is the primary event, open to both runners and walkers. Technical T-shirts are provided to the first 100 individuals who pre-register for the event, though specific sizes are not guaranteed. For those unable to attend the physical location, a Virtual 5k option is available.
The Kiddie Run consists of short-distance races specifically designed for children from preschool age through second grade. These youth races take place entirely on school property. Children are seeded according to their grade level to ensure fair participation. A parent or guardian is required to be present for any child competing in these races.
Registration is available online until the race begins. Participants also have the option to register in person at the school on the day prior to the event or on the morning of the race.
