Safe Journeys Color Run 2026
The annual Safe Journeys Color Fun Run takes place in Streator, Illinois. The event is hosted at Twister Hill Park, located at Broadway and Sherman Streets, directly south of Streator High School. Participants follow a route along the Hopalong Cassidy Trail. The course is open to individuals of all ages and ability levels, and participants have the flexibility to turn around at any point along the route.

- 1.5 miles
Water is provided for participants along the trail. The event is organized into multiple heats to manage the flow of the run. Participants receive a t-shirt and other items as part of their registration. Registration proceeds are used to support survivors of sexual and domestic violence within LaSalle and Livingston Counties.
The run begins and ends at Twister Hill Park. Groups of ten or more people are eligible for a discounted registration rate. Check-in and t-shirt pickup occur at the park prior to the start of the scheduled heats. Registration for this event closes in mid-May.
