The Sackets Harbor Marathon & Half Marathon takes place on Sunday, September 6, 2026, in Sackets Harbor, NY (13685). Both a marathon and a half marathon are offered. Distances:

The courses are certified (NY23021DNB and NY23020DNB) and the marathon is listed as a Boston qualifier. The marathon is open to ages 16 and older; the half marathon is open to ages 13 and older. Registration pricing increases after December 31, 2025.
The start and finish for both races are at the Madison Barracks Polo Field in Sackets Harbor.
Course
The route is an out-and-back course that includes some rolling hills and a gentle elevation gain before returning toward the finish. The first four and last four miles run within the village of Sackets Harbor and along Lake Ontario. The half and full share the first 6.55 miles of the course.
