Rye 10 & 5 Mile
The Rye 10 & 5 Mile is a road race in Peasmarsh, near Rye in East Sussex, scheduled for 17 May 2026. It is organised by Nice Work in conjunction with the Peasmarsh Memorial Hall Committee to raise funds for the village hall. The course runs on quiet country lanes around the village and is described as hilly. Route maps, including GPX files, are available for download.

Listed online entry prices are £28 for the 10 Mile and £24 for the 5 Mile. On-the-day entry fees are shown as £35 (10 Mile) and £30 (5 Mile).
Practical information
The race start and finish are at Jempsons Supermarket, Main Street, Peasmarsh, TN31 6YD, about 4 miles outside Rye. The event includes a bespoke medal, free photographs, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and free on-site parking. The nearest train station is Rye (Sussex); there is no bus service to Peasmarsh on Sundays, so participants would need to cycle or take a taxi from the station.
