Event
The Rye 10 & 5 Mile is organised by Nice Work in conjunction with the Peasmarsh Memorial Hall Committee. The next race is scheduled for 17 May 2026 in Peasmarsh, just outside Rye in East Sussex. The event follows a road course on quiet country lanes around the village and is described as hilly. Part of the event's purpose is to help raise funds for the village hall.

Practical information
The race start and finish are at Jempsons Supermarket, Main Street, Peasmarsh, Nr Rye, East Sussex TN31 6YD. The start location is approximately 4 miles outside Rye and there is on-site parking. Detailed route maps, including GPX files, are available for download.
Included for entrants are a bespoke medal, free photographs, trophies and prizes for leading runners, and free parking. On-the-day entry fees (subject to availability) are stated as £35 for the 10 Mile and £30 for the 5 Mile. The nearest train station is Rye (Sussex); there is no bus service to Peasmarsh on Sundays, so travel from the station requires a bicycle or taxi.
