Event overview
The RVA Sprint Triathlon is a pool-based sprint multisport event held in Rockville, VA (16238 Pouncey Tract Rd, Rockville, VA 23146). The Live Red Foundation hosts multiple race formats on the same day: sprint triathlon, sprint duathlon, sprint aquabike, a sprint triathlon relay, a beginner-only triathlon and duathlon for first-time triathletes, and a Kid’s Splash & Dash for youth. Every finisher receives a medal; awards are given to top finishers overall and by age group.
