Event overview
The RVA Sprint is a pool-based sprint triathlon event hosted by the Live Red Foundation in Rockville, VA on August 23, 2026. The event offers multiple race formats: triathlon (swim-bike-run), duathlon (run-bike-run), and aquabike (swim-bike).
