Rutland Spring Half Marathon 2026
The Rutland Spring Half Marathon is scheduled for 12 April 2026 and starts and finishes at Barnsdale wood, Rutland Water, LE15 8AB, England. The course covers 13.1 miles around the shoreline and takes participants around the Hambleton peninsula, with spectators positioned at points along the route.
Event services include chip timing, on-course feed stations, comprehensive medical support, bespoke finisher medals and free event photos. Entrants receive a personalised race pack sent by post containing their race number and timing chip; late entries must collect race numbers at the start area. Parking is provided at the event site. Results are available in a comprehensive table as runners finish. Prizes are awarded to the top three men and top three women.
A walkers only start wave is provided so walkers receive the same on-course support as runners while starting separately. The minimum age on race day is 17.
Entry details published by the organiser include a standard run entry fee of £34.00 until 6 March 2026 and a late run entry fee of £36.00 from 7 March 2026, with a walk entry at £30.00. UKA affiliated runners receive a £2 discount. Entries close 3 April 2026.
