About the race
The Battersea Park 5k, 10k & Half Marathon on 4 December 2027 is organised by RunThrough and takes place within Battersea Park, with the start and finish at the Millennium Arena (Carriage Dr E, London SW11 4NJ). The course uses flat tarmac paths inside the park and is waymarked with distance signs and arrows, with marshals positioned around the route.
Distances offered:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop. An event village provides facilities for runners and spectators, with toilets located there. Water stations are available on every lap and a bottle of water is provided at the finish. Race pack collection and an informal bag drop operate from the event village on event day.
Minimum ages apply: 11 for the 5k, 15 for the 10k and 17 for the half marathon. Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome, and marshals advise on passing and course safety. Dogs are not permitted inside the Millennium Arena. There is no formal cut-off time, but organisers request notification from anyone who expects to take longer than three hours because of park restrictions. Public transport links include Battersea Power Station, Queens Town Road and Clapham Junction; paid parking within the park is limited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
