Runtastic DINO - Vernal, UT
The Runtastic DINO takes place on May 9, 2026 in Vernal, Utah. The event base is Uintah High School at 1880 W 500 N, Vernal, UT 84078. Vernal is known as "Dinosaurland" and is home to a large quarry of Jurassic dinosaur bones.

Course and format
The half marathon starts at the Top of Dry Fork Canyon and finishes at Uintah High School on a mostly downhill route. The 5K begins at Maeser Elementary School and finishes at Uintah High School. The kids half mile starts and finishes at Uintah High School.
Entry and inclusions
Published entry fees are: half marathon $99.95, 5K $39.95, kids half mile $15.95. Each event’s registration includes a finisher medal, race shirt, decal, and temporary tattoo.
