The Runtastic DINO takes place on May 9, 2026 in Vernal, Utah, with the finish area at Uintah High School, 1880 W 500 N. The event offers multiple distances for adults and children.

The half marathon starts at the top of Dry Fork Canyon and finishes at Uintah High School; the course is a net downhill with an elevation drop of 1,270 feet. The 5K starts at Maeser Elementary School and finishes at Uintah High School. The kids run begins near the finish area at Uintah High School.
Logistics include packet pick-up at the race expo on May 8 at the Uintah Convention Center and a day of packet pick-up option for a $15 fee at the blue Runtastic information tent near the finish. Half marathon runners are transported by bus from the finish area to the canyon start; missing the bus results in forfeiture of race entry. 5K parking is arranged near the 5K start with a post-race shuttle to the finish area.
Aid stations provide water and Powerade at multiple points, with GU supplied on the half marathon at Mile 5 and Mile 9. Timing is chip based with chips attached to bibs. Course support is provided for 3 hours 15 minutes and runners must be able to average about 14:53 minutes per mile to complete the half marathon. Awards include top three overall and age group medals and a Sprintasaurus award for the fastest men and women on a marked half mile segment of the half marathon.
