RunStrong Relay

RunStrong Relay is a team relay event held in Flint, Michigan on April 4, 2026. It is organized around four-person teams that each complete a single lap on a 2.1-mile loop through Chevy Commons. The loop starts and finishes at Sal’s Gym, located at 1113 University Avenue in Flint.

Each team member runs one full lap. Team placement is determined by the total combined time of all four runners. Teams may register in three categories: All Male, All Female, and Mixed Team.

Event registration includes an event t-shirt and a 14-day trial of the RunStrong Strength & Endurance Program. Prizes will be awarded to the top teams in the Male, Female, and Mixed categories.
