Running With The Bulls : Waco
Running With The Bulls is a fun run and 5K held at the Extraco Events Center during the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo in Waco, Texas on October 10, 2026. The course runs through the fairgrounds and finishes on the dirt of the Extraco Events Center Coliseum where runners will pass live bulls.
Distances offered:
- 5K (3.1 miles), chip timed, registration fee $40
- 1 Mile Fun Run (1 mile), untimed, registration fee $25
Registration opens June 1 and closes October 7, 2026. Packet pickup is scheduled the evening before the event and on race morning at the race site; day of packet pickup and race day registration are listed by the organizer. T-shirts and finisher medals are guaranteed for entries received through September 1; limited quantities may be available after that date.
Awards for the 5K include overall male and female winners and top male and female in each age group. Age groups span from 12 and under up to 70 and over in standard increments. Participant items listed by the organizer include a $20 admission ticket to any day of the fair, a race bib, refreshments, and the event t-shirt and finisher medal where available.
