9th Annual Running with the Angels - Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness
This event is a 5K run-walk held in Bakersfield, California, with both an in-person and a virtual option. The live 5K run-walk uses a course that starts and stops at The Park at River Walk. The virtual 5K allows participants to run their own course and use Race Joy for audio cues and automatic recording of finish times.
All proceeds will be donated to the Noel Alexandria Foundation to support free educational, emotional, and financial resources for families affected by pregnancy and infant loss.
Registration is tiered by date with differences in fee and included items. Early bird registration from July 1, 2026 through August 15, 2026 is listed at $35 and includes a 5K sponsor T-shirt. The next tier, August 16, 2026 through September 1, 2026, is listed at $40 and includes a 5K sponsor T-shirt. Registrations from September 2 through October 9, 2026 are listed at $45 and do not include a T-shirt. Same day registration on October 10, 2026 is listed at $50 and does not include a T-shirt. Participants must register by September 1, 2026 to receive the sponsor T-shirt. T-shirt orders can be submitted separately through the event store by October 12, 2026 with an estimated arrival date of November 1, 2026.
