Running of the Bulldogs Fun Run
The 12th annual Running of the Bulldogs Fun Run is held at McKinney North High School in McKinney, Texas. The event offers a community mile fun run and a 5K, and proceeds benefit the MNHS Cross Country and Track and Field teams.

- 5K standard entry
- 5K premium entry includes Goodr sunglasses (blue frames, blue lenses)
The course features rolling hills through the Timber Creek neighborhood, begins on the McKinney North High School campus, and finishes the final 300 m on the MNHS track.
Mile participants receive finisher ribbons. 5K participants receive custom medals. The top male and top female overall each receive a $150 Fleet Feet gift card. The top finisher in each age group and gender earns a trophy.
Onsite activities include bounce houses, local artisans, food trucks, coffee, live music, and face painting. Shirt and bib pick up is available prior to race day at a TBD location and on race morning. Registration opens May 5, 2026 and closes October 24, 2026. Entry fees listed are $20 for the mile, $35 for the 5K standard entry, and $75 for the 5K premium entry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
