Event overview
Running Events Devon is organising the Pheasant Challenge on Saturday, 13 June 2026 at Station Road, Bridestowe, EX20 4HF (///clots.insolvent.inclined). The event is a timed, undulating course on mixed surfaces - off-road and paved - with a maximum of 70 entrants. Minimum age is 18 years. Two start options are offered, each with a different time cut-off: one option uses a 7 hour cut-off and the other a 5 hour cut-off. Organiser terms and conditions apply and entries close on 11/06/2026.
Course, entries and fees
The event uses a looped out-and-back lap of 5.3 km on a former disused train line. Participants may complete any number of laps within their permitted time; examples given range from 1 lap up to 14 laps. Finishers are eligible to collect a finisher medal unless they have chosen a "no perks" entry. Entry categories and fees listed are:
- Affiliated: £32.00
- Unattached: £34.00
- Affiliated No Perks (no medal or goodies): £21.00
- Unattached No Perks (no medal or goodies): £23.00
