Running Bear at the Rocks
Running Bear at the Rocks is scheduled for September 26, 2026 at the Bear Rocks Community Club on Big Springs Road in Acme, PA. The event features a 5K run or walk and a separate entry category for participants aged 10 and under.
Participants compete in overall and age group awards. Overall male and female awards are given for run and walk categories with first through third place recognized. Age groups include 10 and under, 11 to 15, 16 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 plus.
Proceeds from the event are designated for the Bullskin Two Volunteer Fire Company and for building and grounds support at the Bear Rocks Community Club.
Registration is offered in multiple pricing periods between March 20 and September 25, with a t-shirt guarantee for entries received by September 1.
