Running Bear at the Rocks is scheduled for September 26, 2026 at the Bear Rocks Community Club, 161 Big Springs Rd, Bear Rocks, PA 15610. The event is organized as a community 5K Run/Walk held on club grounds in Acme, PA.

Awards are given for Overall Male and Female Run and Walk 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. Age-group awards are offered in the following divisions: 10 and under, 11-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
Registration is open in two pricing periods. Early registration listed as Mar 20 to Sep 10 shows a fee of $29.49 (base $25.00 plus processing and taxes) for the standard 5K and $18.49 (base $15.00 plus processing and taxes) for ages 10 and under. A later tier listed for Sep 11 to Sep 25 shows $34.99 (base $30.00 plus processing and taxes) and $23.99 (base $20.00 plus processing and taxes) respectively. Registrants who register by September 1 are listed as guaranteed a t-shirt.
Proceeds from the event are designated to raise funds for the Bullskin Two Volunteer Fire Co. and for the building and grounds of the Bear Rocks Community Club. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
