Flat Branch Ultra is a trail running event on February 20, 2027 in Columbia, Missouri. The event offers two distances and is based at Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Park at 800 West Stadium Blvd.

The 50K is a USATF certified rails to trails course that runs southwest on the MKT Trail before joining the Katy Trail west of McBaine. The route is an out and back and passes a roughly 400 year old Bur Oak about 8.5 miles into the course. Halfway Home is the turnaround area located just east of Rocheport past the I-70 bridge.
Aid stations are located near the start/finish, at Scott Boulevard, at the Bur Oak, and at Halfway Home. Drop bags left at the start/finish are transported to Halfway Home and returned after the turnaround. 50K competitors must check in at the Halfway Home aid station by noon and verify their check-in with the aid station captain. All competitors must sign a USATF waiver at packet pickup, which is held on race day at the start/finish.
The 50K awards cash prizes to overall male and female winners. Both distances offer finisher awards and top three overall awards. Photography will be posted free of charge. Entry is limited to 125 spots and no refunds are issued for cancellations beyond the organizer's control. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
