Distances
The event features two in-person distances and a virtual option:

- 5K: A chip-timed walk or run open to all ages. All participants receive a medal.
- Virtual: Participants can complete a 1K or 5K on their own time. A medal is included with the race kit.

The park is located along the waterfront in downtown Burlington and is accessible via Brant Street. Free parking is available on weekends at nearby municipal lots. Participants are encouraged to consider carpooling, public transit, or cycling. A bag check, on-site washrooms, and food and beverage vendors will be available. The event also features activities for children, such as a bouncy castle and slide.
