Run4Babies : event overview
Run4Babies is scheduled for Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Mineola Nature Preserve in Mineola, Texas. The event offers multiple ways to participate:
- Kid's Dash (short 100–200 m sprint, free)
- 5K
- 1 Mile
- Virtual Option
The Kid's Dash is a short sprint held before the main events. The 1 Mile is an untimed event with no group awards. The virtual option includes shipped race items.
Registration, awards, and purpose
Registration details vary by event. Registrations for the 5K and 1 Mile include an event-themed participation t-shirt (register early to guarantee size) and a custom 5-inch finisher medal. The Kid's Dash is free; dashers may buy a t-shirt or medal as add-ons. The virtual option includes shirt and medal shipped the week of the race.
Age-group awards apply to the 5K only and are awarded four deep in male/female divisions from 0-4 through 80+. Additional awards are given for Male and Female Overall, Masters (40+), and Grand Masters (60+). Awards are distributed at the event and will not be shipped.
The event raises funds for Pregnancy Loss and SIDS research and supports single mothers and low-income families with items such as formula, diapers, and clothing.
