RUN33SE
RUN33SE is a 10 year anniversary charity fundraiser for R33 gym, held in person at 33 Raneese Road, Seskinore, Northern Ireland. The event raises money for a rural community defibrillator and is organised as a partner team workout rather than a timed race. There are no chip timers or official winners.
Teams consist of two people; mixed and same sex pairs are allowed. Mixed pairs will use the men's weight options where weights differ. Both partners must complete each partner run together and may split the station work between them as they choose.
Two workout formats are provided. The RX format alternates repeated 800 m partner runs with station work including a 1 km ski erg, 80 kettlebell swings (20/12.5 kg), 80 wall balls (9/6 kg), a 60/40 kcal assault bike, a 200 m overhead carry (20/15 kg), 80 dumbbell snatches (20/12.5 kg), a 1 km row, and 80 burpees. The scaled format uses 400 m partner runs and reduced loads and counts, for example 60 kettlebell swings (16/8 kg), 60 wall balls (6/3 kg), 50/30 kcal assault bike, 200 m overhead carry (15/10 kg), 60 dumbbell snatches (15/8 kg), a 1 km row, and 60 burpees.
The event is listed as in person with a five hour running period and a refund policy that allows refunds up to seven days before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
