RUN WITH RESPONDERS 5K
The event is scheduled for July 26, 2026 at Windsor Civic Terrace in Windsor ON. The start and finish are at the Windsor Firefighters Monument. The 5 km course is an out and back on the Riverfront Trail heading west through Dieppe Park, past the Legacy Beacon and Streetcar No. 351, and through the Windsor Sculpture Park before returning to the monument.

Chip timing will be used and the race has a mass start. A lead bicycle and a follow bicycle accompany the field. A display clock will be visible at the start and finish. Water stations are provided at each kilometre and a public address system will be used for announcements and rules.
Race packets are available for pickup at The Running Factory, 5480 Wyandotte St. E, during the days before the race with late packet pickup available on race day. Late registration and race day sign ups accept cash only if the event is not sold out.
Only the first 450 registrations are guaranteed a finisher medal. Registered adults receive a coupon for a free massage from students at the Canadian College of Health, Science and Technology. Awards include top three overall male and female and first place in each age division in five year increments. The event provides financial support to the Canadian Mental Health Association, the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Ontario and the Windsor Firefighters Benefit Fund.
