Event overview
The Run With All Your Heart 5K is an annual charity 5K fun run in Columbia, South Carolina. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine area. The event is organized in partnership with Curing Kids Cancer and the Future Leaders in Medicine program to support pediatric cancer research and student-led initiatives.

The listed entry price for the 5K is $30, with a stated price increase after April 30, 2026. Online registration is available through a deadline listed on the event page. Teams of four or more receive a $5 per person discount on individual registration fees; the top three teams receive awards.
Packet pick-up is scheduled at Craft & Draft Brewery on Devine Street on Friday, September 25 (4:00 PM - 6:30 PM). Race day packet pick-up and on-site registration will be located near the start/finish area at 6311 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209. Awards are given to the top three finishers overall by gender, top three masters (40+) by gender, and top three in multiple age-group categories.
