Run Upside Down 5K & Buddy Walk®
Run Upside Down takes place on October 3, 2026 in Springfield, Missouri, on Historic C-Street (209 W Commercial St). The event is presented by Down Syndrome Group of the Ozarks and brings together runners, walkers, local businesses, and community members.
There are two main event types: a timed 5k road run and a noncompetitive Buddy Walk® of about 1 kilometer. A block party follows the activities on C-Street.
