Run Undead Ultra Trail Party
Run Undead Ultra Trail Party takes place on December 31, 2026 at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, AL. The event is organized by Zombie Trail Races and offers multiple ultrarunning distances on a looped trail course.
The course uses a roughly 5 mile single-track loop with about 350 feet of elevation gain and loss per loop. The surface is described as generally smooth with some rocks and roots. Runners may change direction after completing the first lap. A single aid station at the start/finish provides food and hydration. Participants may set up canopies at the start/finish area. There is a 36 hour cutoff for all distances.
The event combines racing with evening entertainment and amenities at the start/finish. Features listed include refreshments, round-the-clock music, a midnight ball drop, dance offs and karaoke. Finishers receive medals and 100-mile buckles for that distance. Several hotels and restaurants are located within a few miles of the park.
