Run Undead Ultra Trail Party in Pelham, AL
The Run Undead Ultra Trail Party is a New Year’s Eve trail running event held at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, Alabama. The event is in its fifth year and offers multiple ultradistance options on a repeated loop course.
The course is a single-track loop of approximately 5 miles with about 350 feet of ascent and descent per lap. The surface is generally smooth with some rocks and roots. Runners may change running direction after the first lap.

Support and logistics include one aid station at the start/finish providing food and hydration, and space for runners to set up canopies at the start/finish area. All distances have a 36 hour cutoff. Finisher medals are awarded and 100 mile finishers receive buckles.
The event features music through the night, a midnight ball drop, and on-course or start/finish activities such as dance offs and karaoke.
