Run to End Alzheimer's 5K - Brownsville
The event takes place in downtown Brownsville, Kentucky on June 6, 2026, at 310 South Main Street, Brownsville KY 42210. It benefits the Southcentral KY Walk to End Alzheimer's and includes both running and walking options.
Distances offered:
- 3.1 miles - 5k Run or Run/Walk.
- 1 mile - Walk; participants must keep one foot on the ground at all times.
Registration opens June 8, 2025 and closes June 2, 2026. The registration fee is $30.00. The deadline to guarantee a day of shirt is May 15. Bib and shirt pickup on race day is scheduled between 6:30 and 7:15. Day of registration ends at 7:00.
Awards are given in five year age groups and also for overall male and female finishers. Additional awards include masters, grand masters, and great grand masters categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
