38th Annual Run Through the Vineyard
The 38th Annual Run Through the Vineyard takes place on April 25, 2026 at Maurice Car’rie Vineyard, 34225 Rancho California Road, Temecula, CA. The event is organized by the Temecula Sunrise Rotary Club and serves as a major fundraiser for the club's community service projects, including literacy programs, youth leadership training, and scholarships for at-risk youth. Parking at the race is free of charge. A winery-hosted wine tasting is offered on race day.
Race details and registration
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 10K
- 5K
- 2K
The course runs through the vineyard and includes several hills, with multiple downhill and uphill sections. Awards are given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group for the 10K and 5K; the awards presentation follows the 5K. All participants receive a finisher medal and a quality T-shirt. Race day registration and pre-race packet pickup are available; pre-race pickup is offered the day before at a local running store. Online registration includes an early rate period from December 19 to March 29, with higher rates through late April. Team discounts apply for groups of five or more for the 5K and 10K.
