38th Annual Run Through the Vineyard
The 38th Annual Run Through the Vineyard is scheduled for April 25, 2026 at Maurice Car'rie Vineyard in Temecula, California. The event is organized by the Temecula Sunrise Rotary Club as a primary fundraiser for community service projects, including literacy programs, youth leadership training, and scholarships for at-risk youth.
The course runs through the vineyard and includes several downhill and uphill sections as it passes between the vines. Distances offered include:
- 10K
- 5K
- 2K
Awards are given for first, second, and third place in each age group for the 10K and 5K only, with the presentation occurring after the 5K. All participants receive a finisher medal and a T shirt. The event also features a wine tasting provided by Maurice Car'rie Winery on race day. Parking at the race is free of charge.
Registration includes an early jump start period from December 19 through April 20 and online registration closes the day before the event.
