Run The Seasons at Cowdray

The "Run the Seasons" event at Cowdray is a scenic running race set above Cowdray’s renowned polo fields, overlooking the Cowdray Ruins and the South Downs. Taking place in late June 2025, participants can choose from 5km, 10km, or dog-friendly canicross courses across the picturesque Cowdray Estate and South Downs National Park.
