Pub2Pub
The Pub2Pub is an annual charity run organised by Portsmouth Joggers in aid of Rowans Hospice. Established in 1988, the event is held between Christmas and New Year and forms part of the club’s year-end calendar.
The main route is approximately 10 km. The course follows open country roads, goes off-road up towards Windmill Hill, and then loops back to the start in Horndean. There is an alternative 5 km walking route.

Race headquarters is at the Church Centre, Blendworth Lane, Waterlooville, PO8 0AA. Race registration and number collection take place at race headquarters between 09:00 and 10:15 on race day. There is limited parking at the Church Centre; additional parking is available off London Road in Horndean and in surrounding roads. The car parks of local pubs are for customers only and may incur charges if used without purchasing from the venue.
One hundred percent of profits from the event are donated to Rowans Hospice. The 2025 event saw just over 150 participants in the 10 km run and a smaller number on the 5 km walk, and raised £2,970.24. The event is supported by volunteers and local organisations, including the church that provides the race HQ and providers of communications and first aid cover.
