Run The Runway 5K - Danville, Kentucky
Run The Runway is the third annual 5K event held at Danville-Boyle County Airport on the runways of Stuart Powell Field. The course takes place on closed runways and includes static aircraft displays featuring Kentucky's aviation community along the route. The venue is Danville-Boyle County Airport at 420 Airport Road in Danville, Kentucky.
Participants may choose from:
- In-person 5K Run/Walk - 3.1 Miles
- Virtual 5K Run/Walk - 3.1 Miles
Registration pricing is tiered: $20 Early Bird (ends March 20), $25 Regular (ends May 30), $30 Last Call (ends June 19), and $35 Day of. The virtual option is offered at $30. No participant gift is guaranteed after May 30.
Awards are provided to the overall fastest times and to the top three finishers in male and female categories for these age groups: 12 & Under; 13-17 Years Old; 18-24 Years Old; 25-34 Years Old; 35-44 Years Old; 45-54 Years Old; 55-64 Years Old; 65 & Above.
