Event Information
The Run the Ridge is a community running event held in North Ridgeville. It is the 32nd annual edition. This year's event benefits pediatric cancer research.
Events
The event offers two distances:
- 5K: A run/walk event.
- Kid's Fun Run: A 400 m race on a track.
The 5K is chip-timed.
Registration and Fees
Registration fees vary:
- 5K Adults: $30 pre-registration, $35 on race day.
- 5K Ages 19 and Under: $25 pre-registration, $30 on race day.
- Kid's Fun Run: $10 for both pre-registration and race day.
Early packet pickup is available on the Friday before the event at the North Ridgeville Academic Center. Race-day registration and packet pickup also opens on Saturday morning.
Awards and Extras
Awards are given to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three male and female finishers in various age categories.
Registered participants receive a custom finisher medal and a custom t-shirt if registered by August 1, subject to availability. Post-race food and drinks are provided. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
