Event Overview
The Run the Hill event is a 5K (3.1 mile) running event held in Lexington, Virginia. The race takes place on March 8, 2026, on the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) campus.
Course Details
The course consists of a loop around the VMI campus, an area referred to as "the hill."
Purpose and Beneficiary
All proceeds from the race go to the non-profit organization Rockbridge Conservation. This organization supports conservation, education, community outreach, and stewardship of the Rockbridge area.

- Run the Hill (standard 5K registration)
- Run the Hill (cadet entire) (free registration)
