Run Republic - Newcastle is a community 5 km run hosted by Muscle Republic with Lilly Chugg at Foreshore Park, 32 Wharf Road, Newcastle East NSW. The session is organised as a social-pace community run with designated front and back-of-pack leaders to support different speeds. Participants can expect a warm-up led by the hosts followed by a scenic out-and-back or loop run from the meeting point.
The event includes a post-run social where coffee, breakfast, and Muscle Republic goodies are available and served by Sunnyboy Kiosk Foreshore Park. Friends, family and dogs are welcome to attend.
