Run & Remember is a memorial event organized by Lost & Found Grief Center at 635 E Trafficway St, Springfield, MO 65806. The event includes two ways to participate: a 5K Run/Walk and a 1 Mile Memory Walk.

- 1 Mile Memory Walk, 1 Miles
The 5K is a timed event with bibs provided. The 1 Mile Memory Walk is non-competitive and does not use timing bibs. Medals are available to the first 600 participants. Teams can be formed through the registration site; team captains may set a password to share with team members. Registration opens on 02/24/2026 and closes on 05/01/2026; the stated registration fee is $29.00.
An awards ceremony follows the race, with prizes in the form of gift cards for overall Male and Female winners and for the top three Male and Female finishers in each age division: 9 & under; 10-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60 & over. Immediately following awards there will be a short remembrance program presented by the Lost & Found Programs team.
The venue includes a Memory Garden where memorial signs with a name and photo are displayed during the event. Signs may be taken at the end of the event or picked up from the Lost & Found office the following week. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
