Event overview
Run Ragged Last Person Standing is a last-person-standing trail race held at Ragged Mountain in Berlin, CT and organized by CT Trailmixers. The course is described as rugged, hilly, and technical. Runners must complete each approximately 3.11-mile loop within one hour; the loop repeats each hour until only one runner completes the loop within the time limit. No late starts on any loop are allowed. No pacers are permitted.
Logistics
Registration closes May 15. The field is limited to 55 runners. Entry fees are $50, with a reduced fee of $40 for CT Trailmixer members. Race day registration is not available. There are no bib transfers and no refunds. Trailhead parking is at 437 West Lane, Berlin, CT 06037. Regular aid station fare will be available, and each runner may have space for one chair and a small cooler at the start/finish area; participants with specific dietary needs should plan to provide for themselves. A headlamp with backup batteries is required for night hours; a rear-facing light, emergency blanket, and whistle are optional. Race proceeds benefit local organizations, including the Connecticut Forest & Parks Association and the CT Trailmixers Shoe Scholarship Program.
