Run Ragged Last One Standing

Event

Run Ragged Last Person Standing is a last-person-standing trail event at Ragged Mountain in Berlin, CT, organized by CT Trailmixers and scheduled for May 2026. The course is described as rugged, hilly, and technical. Runners must complete a roughly 3.11-mile loop within one hour; the loop repeats each hour until only one runner completes the loop within the allotted time. No late starts are allowed for any loop.

Logistics

Field is limited to 55 runners. Entry fees are $50 or $40 for CT Trailmixers members; race day registration is not available. There are no bib transfers and no refunds. Registration closes May 15. Trailhead parking is available at GPS 437 West Lane, Berlin, CT 06037. An aid station will provide regular aid station fare; each runner may have space for one chair and a small cooler at the start/finish area. Pacers are not allowed. For night hours a headlamp with backup batteries is required; a rear-facing light, emergency blanket, and whistle are optional. Race proceeds will support local organizations, including the Connecticut Forest & Parks Association and the CT Trailmixers Shoe Scholarship Program.
