Run Like the Wind - Westport 5K, 10K and Half Marathon
The event takes place on July 12, 2026, in Westport, Washington, at Junk Queens/Tackle Box, 2681 N Westhaven Dr, 98595. It features three measured running distances and awards a finisher medal to everyone who completes their race.
Courses use the Westport Light Trail and nearby paved and natural paths. All races start at the marina, pass the Fishermen's Memorial, follow the paved trail around Half Moon Bay and go through Westhaven State Park. The courses are described as rolling and fairly flat.

For the 5K the course turns back a short distance down the trail and returns to the marina. The 10K continues south on the trail, runs around the Westport Lighthouse, and returns to the marina. After circling the lighthouse, the half marathon follows signs to the beach and includes 5.7 miles of running on sand before returning to the marina.
