Run Forrest Run 5K, Beaufort SC
Scheduled for October 3, 2026, this event takes place in downtown Beaufort, South Carolina, with the start and finish near the downtown marina and Freedom Mall on Bay Street (reference address 1006 Bay St). The route includes a crossing of the Woods Memorial Bridge and uses a USATF certified course for the timed option (SC18010DW).
The event offers two options: a timed 5K (timed walk/run) and an untimed walk. The untimed walk includes a T-shirt. T-shirts and race packets are available for pick-up the day before at Grounded Running on Friday, October 4 from 10 AM to 5 PM, and during day-of packet pick-up at the start/finish location.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 8–12, 13–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70+. The event is part of the Beaufort Triple Crown Race Series; participants who complete all three races receive a medal charm and series recognition. A limited number of Triple Crown bundles are offered.
