Run Forrest Run 5K
The Run Forrest Run 5K takes place on 10/03/2026 in Beaufort, South Carolina. The start and finish are located at 1006 Bay Street near the downtown marina in Beaufort, SC 29902. The event includes both timed and untimed options on the same course.
There are two event options on the course, each covering a distance of 5K: a timed walk/run and an untimed walk. Registration for both options opens 6/16/2026 and closes 8/30/2026. The listed registration fees are $40 for the timed walk/run and $35 for the untimed walk.
The timed 5K uses a USATF certified course, SC18010DW. The untimed walk includes a T shirt; shirts are available for pickup through the event packet procedures and at Grounded Running as specified by the organizers. Participants who do not precollect packets may use the race day packet pickup locations established by the event.
Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in these age groups: 8–12, 13–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, and 70 and over. The event is part of a series that offers series medal recognition for completing multiple races.
